133 rowdies arrest in 24 hours! Here's how the Tamil Nadu DGP Sylendra Babu surprises with his new big operation..

Operation Minnal Rowdy Hunt, led by Tamil Nadu Director-General of Police (DGP) C Sylendra Babu, is a new massive operation to root out the troublesome rowdies in the state. The operation Hunt under the DGP has conducted a 24-hour state-wide "storming" by special teams of police, which has resulted in the arrest of 133 rowdies throughout the state, and this has caught the sensation.

Tamil Nadu Police is implementing numerous emergency measures to combat crime as law and order measures are being vigorously implemented in Tamil Nadu. As part of Operation Ganja Vettai, the police have been seizing ganja and pan over the past few months and have also made several arrests. In an effort to apprehend the main criminals, the state Police Department launched "Operation Minnal Rowdy Hunt," which resulted in the arrest of 133 major criminals throughout Tamil Nadu. 13 were A+ (i.e., those who had been added to the "most wanted" list for years) in the arrested under operation.

According to the department's press release, 'Operation Minnal Rowdy Hunt' was carried out in Tamil Nadu over the past 24 hours. 133 main rowdies were apprehended. In the list,15 people who were wanted on outstanding warrants related to murder and robbery cases were detained by the court.

Along with that, the notorious 13 and A+ type were also nabbed after spending years on the run without being located. They are the subject of numerous murder, robbery, and land-grabbing cases. 105 more people who were apprehended are currently being investigated. Additionally, it has been reported that the Tamil Nadu Police is still conducting this operation all over the state.

It's worth remembe that in last year "Operation Disarm", carried out by a special police team constituted by Tamil Nadu Director General of Police C Sylendra Babu, led to the arrest of 2,500 rowdies across the state, in 52 hour state wide search.
