Popular music composer Anirudh on Thursday - August 11 put out a tweet that has turned heads from across and beyond the borders as he is all set to unveil what he and his fans have been waiting for a long time. For the first time, Anirudh is going to conduct his concert in Tamil Nadu.
The surprise announcement has stormed the internet with a sea of fans sharing it on social media. He also said that his concerts will be held in Chennai and Coimbatore. On Thursday, he took to Twitter and wrote, "After 10 years, the day we've been waiting for is finally here! It's gonna be the biggest ever."
"Namma Chennai & Coimbatore, Sep & Oct 2022, here we come. Our first ever concert in our land. Loading. #LetsGoCrazy", the musician added. Through his back-to-back successful tracks, Anirudh has become an inevitable artist and a musician that has garnered a huge fan-base-particularly, the young people. In recent years, Anirudh has composed music for most Tamil movies.
Some of his recent projects include 'Beast', 'Don', 'Kathuvakula Rendu Kathal', 'Vikram', and 'Thiruchitrambalam'. He has several projects in his pipeline including Kamal Haasan's next 'Indian 2', Rajinikanth's next 'Jailer', and Ajith Kumar's next 'AK 62'. Anirudh has so far conducted concerts in a handful of countries and not in his home. Now, the time has come for the Anirudh fans to celebrate a son of the soil for the first time through concerts.
