After casting his vote, Thalapathy Vijay gives another happy news to his fans...Pics go viral!

Hours after casting his vote, actor Vijay has left Chennai to take part in the shooting of his next movie that has been tentatively named Thalapathy 65. Vijay was spotted at the Chennai airport in the evening hours of Tuesday prior to his departure. According to reports, Vijay has traveled to the European country of Georgia for the shooting. The pictures of him at the airport have been getting rampantly spread across social media as the fans have got yet another moment to relish when they were overfilled with the joy of seeing the actor's stylish arrival to cast his vote.

Tamil Nadu had gone to the single-phase poll on Tuesday to elect the new government in the state and apart from the general public, several celebrities and leaders had cast their votes at their respective polling stations. Though many celebrities have come to perform their democratic duty, Vijay has ultimately stolen the show through his stylish arrival.

Vijay resides in Neelankarai, Chennai which falls under the Shollinganallur constituency, and to cast his vote, he had arrived on a bicycle and took everyone into surprise. The video of the actor riding the bicycle was virally shared on social media and it also has shown that several fans had gathered around him and riding along with the actor. His first-of-its-kind arrival had caught massive attention and there were a series of speculations on why he decided to take a cycle.

While some of the fans said that Vijay had decided to take a cycle to protest against the hike in petrol and diesel prices and others had compared his red and black colored cycle to the DMK flag and claimed that the actor has indirectly commanded his fans to vote for the DMK. However, Vijay's PRO had negated such claims and put out the reason why the actor had decided to take a cycle. In a statement, Vijay's PRO said, "There is only one reason why Thalapathy Vijay came by cycle to cast his vote. The booth is in the street behind his house and it's a narrow street. It would be difficult to take the car there. There is no other reason for it".

After casting his vote, Vijay reached his residence on a bike. He was seen riding a pillion on the bike of one of his employees. It was due to the difficulty in finding the cycle. According to reports, the actor couldn't even reach the cycle in the crowd and one of his employees had brought the cycle back to his residence in Neelankarai. Several fans had also followed him to his residence to greet the actor and to take a selfie with the actor.

It was also reported that fans had tried to buy a cycle similar to Vijay's and in the wake of the storm of searches, the cycle company's site had encountered a technical glitch. The episode of his cycle drama had trended on social media with his ardent fans incessantly sharing the visuals. Hours after casting his vote, Vijay has given another happy news to his fans that the shooting of Thalapathy 65 is on the floor and he was spotted at the Chennai airport as he departed Chennai for Georgia.
