Aryan Khan is sent to 14-day judicial custody: Hrithik Roshan's emotional note to Shah Rukh's son goes viral!

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has on Thursday penned an emotional note to Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who has been under judicial custody in connection to possessing drugs. 23-year-old Aryan Khan was arrested last Sunday by the Narcotics Control Bureau after the anti-drug agency had conducted raids on a cruise ship that was sailing from Mumbai to Goa.

Aryan Khan and seven others were arrested and a Mumbai court had awarded judicial custody till October 7 for further investigations. The development had drawn major attention and sparked mixed reactions with some of the celebrities had come in support of Aryan Khan. Actors Sunil Shetty and Pooja Bhatt had apparently expressed their support to Shah Rukh's son. Shetty had cautioned the public against making assumptions and said, "The process is underway, let's give the child a breather."

Though Sunil Shetty was trolled for supporting Aryan Khan, he affirmed his support and earlier actor Pooja Bhatt took to Twitter and wrote, "I stand in solidarity with you @iamsrk (Shah Rukh Khan). Not that you need it. But I do. This too shall pass." In line with that, Hrithik Roshan took to Instagram on Thursday and penned an emotional note to Aryan Khan to stay calm. He wrote, "My dear Aryan, Life is a strange ride. It's great because it's uncertain. It's great cause it throws you curve balls, but God is kind. He gives only the toughest ones the toughest balls to play."

Roshan further penned, "You know you are chosen when amidst the chaos you can feel the pressure to hold your own. And I know you must feel it now. The anger, the confusion, the helplessness. Aaah, the very ingredients that are needed to burn the hero out from inside you. But be wary, those same ingredients could burn away the good stuff...the kindness, the compassion, the love. Allow yourself to burn, but just enough...Mistakes, failings, victories, success...they are all the same if you know which parts to keep with you and which parts to throw away from the experience."

"But know that you can grow better with them all. I've known you as a kid and I've known you as a man. Own it. Own everything you experience. They're your gifts. Trust me. In a time when you connect the dots...I promise you, it's gonna make sense. Only if you have started the devil in his eyes and kept your calm. Keep calm. Observe. These moments are the makers of your Tom. And Tom is going to have a brilliant sun shining. But for it, you must go thru the dark. Calm, still, owning your own. And trusting the light. Within. It's always there. Love you man", Hrithik added.

Some of the notable stars have also expressed their support to Shah Rukh Khan. Hours after the arrest of Aryan Khan, actor Salman Khan visited the Shah Rukh Khan family and popular designer and Hrithik Roshan's former wife Sussanne Khan had also sent her solidarity to Shah Rukh Khan. Taking to social media, Sussanne wrote, "I think this is not about Aryan Khan, as he was unfortunately at the wrong place at the wrong time, this situation is being made an example to drive home the excitement that some people get as they have a witch hunt on people from Bollywood. It's sad n unfair as he is a good kid. I stand by Gauri n Shahrukh."

However, on the other hand, actor Kangana Ranaut had flayed Hrithik Roshan and the actors who come in support of Aryan Khan. She said, "Now all Mafia Pappu coming to Aryan Khan's defence...We make mistakes but we mustn't glorify them...I trust this will give him perspective and also make him realize the consequences of his actions...Hopefully, it can evolve him and make him better and bigger...It's good not to gossip about someone when they are vulnerable but it's criminal to make them feel that they did no wrong."

As the judicial custody has come to an end today, the anti-drug agency had produced Aryan Khan and other accused before the Mumbai Court and after the hearing, the court had awarded 14-day judicial custody for Aryan and others. The order of extending the custody has come despite Aryan's counsel had said that the 23-year-old cannot be held hostage till the main accused is found. Aryan's counsel Satish Maneshinde said, "Humble submission is that they keep saying that they have to reach the main accused. He (Aryan) cannot be held hostage till they find the main accused."

Aryan Khan argued, "Officers interrogated me and took me under arrest. I have no connection to any of the organizers. I do not deny my friendship with Arbaaz but I am not connected with his activities. He himself says he came on his own. They have interrogated me on the basis of my chats. Be that as it may, Aachit is the only person they have to confront me with, but that can be done anytime. That can be done even after I am granted bail. They have not interrogated me for two nights. Why is custodial interrogation required now?"

Responding to the court, Additional Solicitor General said, "Without taking much time of the court, I want to say that I want custody. I do not want to segregate one person from another. I want to investigate them together and we are an agency and we will follow due process." After the hearing, the Mumbai Court judge had awarded 14-day judicial custody to Aryan Khan and seven others. The judge said, "No custodial interrogation is required as sufficient time and opportunity was granted to NCB for investigation. Hence, they are remanded to judicial custody."

According to reports, as per the order, the accused will no longer be in the custody of the drugs-control agency but will be lodged in prison. However, they will spend today night at the offices of the drugs-control agency as the transfer hours for the jail is over and that the mandatory Covid test is yet to be done. Soon after the court had awarded 14-day custody, Aryan's lawyer Maneshinde had moved a bail petition, seeking bail for Aryan. However, the court has said that it will hear the bail petition on Friday at around 11 am. It must be noted that Aryan Khan parents Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan were not present in the court.
