"Can’t live without you"... Vijay Antony’s wife Fatima pens heart crushing note on their daughter’s untimely demise!

A tragic loss of a young life has shaken the Tamil film industry and the fans of actor-musician Vijay Antony. His 16-year-old daughter Meera Vijay Antony was found dead in her home on September 19, in what the police suspect to be a case of suicide. The reason behind her extreme step is still unknown, and the investigation is ongoing.

Meera’s mother and Vijay Antony’s wife Fatima, who is also a film producer, took to X to express her grief and anguish over losing her beloved daughter. She shared a picture of Meera and wrote a heartbreaking note, calling her “Thangam”  and asking her to come back to her parents and sister Laara.

She wrote, "If I’d known you would live only for 16 yrs, I would have just kept u very very close to me, not even shown you to the sun and moon, am drowning and dying with ur thoughts, and can’t live without you,come back to babba and amma . laara keeps waiting for u, love u Thangam⁦ @vijayantony."

Fatima’s post has received an outpouring of condolences and support from the fans and celebrities, and turned fans teary-eyed. Many have also praised Vijay Antony for his professionalism and courage, as he released his latest film ‘Raththam’ on October 6, just days after his daughter’s demise. The film, directed by CS Amudhan, is a thriller that has received positive reviews from critics and the audience.

Vijay Antony, who made his debut as a music director in 2005, has also acted in several films such as ‘Naan’, ‘Salim’, ‘Pichaikkaran’, ‘Saithan’ and ‘Kaali’. He is known for his versatile and unconventional roles, as well as his melodious and catchy songs.  He has won several awards and accolades for his work in the Tamil film industry. Meera Vijay Antony’s death has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends and fans, who are praying for her soul to rest in peace.
