The reports say that last week, some of the employees of Cathay Pacific airlines had took part in the protests in Hong Kong ahead to which China, the country that has been accused by people for degrading their autonomic constitution through its undemocratic intervention, had issued orders to the airlines administration to suspend its staffs who had seen in the venues of protests.

The Airlines chairman, John Slosar had said that the time has been arrived to shape a new management team who can revamp the collective confidence of the company.

Despite of operating most of its service through Chinese airspace, Cathay pacific doesn't seemed to be standing against its employees where it had told that it would not barricade its employees who wish to join the protests in Hong Kong but the scenes had changed since Monday, where Chief executive Rupert Hogg, after receiving orders from China, had issued warnings to his employees that they would be fired from their roles if they support or participate in illegal protests that has been branched out across the city.

The Hong Kong airlines Cathay had brought under huge pressure that has been mounted in China for its support for Hong Kong protests, where the state run Chinese media had oiled with its hashtag #BoycottCathayPacific, which had seen top trending across Chinese social media. On the other hand, the hands and operations of Cathay pacific had been tightened where Beijing's aviation regulator had asked Cathay to furnish the list of its staffs and employees working on the flights operated to mainland China or through its airspace.

With the series of untoward events, the reports say that Chief executive and Chief commercial officer had resigned with immediate effect and the reports further added that Tang Kin Wing Augustus had replaced Rupert Hogg while Ronald Lam had replaced Paul Loo.

The airlines chairman John Slosar had said that the airlines and its staffs have always upheld safety and security as its highest priority and his response comes after the recent events have poured in with row of questions on the airlines commitment.

The row of untoward and uncontrollable protests in the airport had crippled the operations of one of the Asia's important transportation hubs which connects the city with all major cities across the continents.
