Is the city of Chennai homes terror outfits?

It seems to be justifiable that the city of Chennai hosts the terror plot after the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had today detained the leader of Jamaat ul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB), 35 year old Asadullah from a safe haven at Neelankarai in the outskirts of Chennai.

It has been reported that the arrested terror militant belongs to Burdwan in West Bengal and the primary investigations had pictured that he has been living in Chennai for the past ten months after renting a house to hideout in Neelankarai.
