Death of Hyderabad doctor: Four accused were shot dead by the police!

In an unexpected development on the gangrape and murder case of 26-year-old Hyderabad doctor, the Telangana police department had directed an early morning twist where the four accused - Mohammad Areef, Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu, Jollu Shiva and Jollu Naveen have been encountered and shot dead by the police in the wee hours of Friday.

The pictures of sudden developments have been pouring in since Morning through which it was learned that the accused were taken to the crime scene as part of the investigation where they allegedly attempted to evade from the trap by firing the police team after which with the view of retaliating, the policemen have shot dead the accused and it has been reported that two policemen were injured during the exchange of gunshots.

The reports say that the accused were shot dead in the same spot where they reportedly set ablaze the body of female Hyderabad doctor after she was allegedly gang-raped and murdered. The accused, all truck workers, aged between 20 and 24 were escorted along with the police team to the crime scene at Chatanpally which is about 50 kilometers away from Hyderabad to collect the evidence of the crime.

The top police officials have revealed that there was an exchange of gunshots between the accused and the police team during which the accused, who took the guns from the police, had sketched to flee from the investigations and the police have triggered the bullets and killed the accused. The reports say that the incident happened between 6.00 am to 6.30 am on Friday.

On November 27th, a 26-year-old female Hyderabad Veterinary doctor was reportedly gang-raped and brutally murdered by these four accused who belong to Narayanpet district. Following their crime, they had allegedly carried the body and set ablaze at Chatanpally village, a few kilometers away from the place where she was killed. The police department had detained the accused in the following days where on Wednesday, the Shadnagar court had ordered the police to remand the accused under the police custody for seven days.
