This former UP Minister tries to marry for the sixth time...But, he invites big trouble from his third wife!

Former Uttar Pradesh minister has invited big trouble from his third wife when he was trying to get married for the sixth time. The stunning development has become the talk of the town after the minister's third wife has filed a case against him for allegedly assaulting and divorcing her.

Chaudhary Bashir had served as an Uttar Pradesh Minister in the Mayawati administration. After being one of the senior leaders in Mayawati's Bahujan Samaj Party, Bashir had then quitted the party and joined the Samajwadi Party. However, he had later left the Samajwadi Party and has kept his political affiliation unknown.

Bashir was already married five times and yet, he prepared to get married for the sixth time. When the former minister was trying to accomplish his sixth marriage, his third wife Nagma had dismantled the plot and filed a complaint with Agra Police by stating that she has learned her husband was planning to get married for the sixth time.

Nagma has claimed that after knowing his marriage plan, she had gone to him and said that the former minister has assaulted her and divorced her with 'triple talaq'. Nagma has alleged that her husband Bashir has also thrown her out of the house. Based on her complaint, the Agra Police have booked a case against the former minister under section 504 - intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under the Protection of Rights on Muslim Women's Marriage Act, 2019.

Nagma has also said that Bashir married her in 2012 and the couple has two sons. She has further alleged that Bashir and his sister have tortured her mentally and physically after marriage, forcing her to approach the court. It must be noted that Bashir was imprisoned for 23 days earlier based on Nagma's complaint of torture.

Apart from the police complaint, Nagma had also uploaded a video on social media in which she had made a slew of allegations against her husband and demanded immediate action from the police. According to Nagma's complaint, she has learned on July 23 that Bashir was going to get married for the sixth time to a girl named Shaista and a police spokesman has confirmed that a case against the former minister has been registered at Mantola police station in Agra.
