IPL 2020 Final,Mumbai Indians got the  trophy! 

Mumbai Indians came out with a notable performance to beat the IPL for a record fifth time. This will stay for a long, long time in fans' hearts. 
 
Dubai: In the final nail-biting moments of the IPLfinals, Mumbai Indians won the match by beating Delhi Capitals with a 5-wickets difference and captured the cup. 

The match began with, Delhi Capitals winning the toss and elected to bat. They scored 156 for 7 in 20 overs. Shreyas Iyer top-scored with 65, Rishabh Bandh (56) and Shikhar Dhawan (15). The match slowly started to burn, when Mumbai Indians set a target of 157 for victory and won by 157 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 18.4 overs. Rohit Sharma (68), Ishan Kishan (33), Quinton de Kock (20), and Surya Kumar (19) were the leading scorers for Mumbai. 

The Mumbai Indians, who won the 13th IPL cricket season, were given a cash prize of Rs 10 crore. The Delhi Capitals, who finished second in the final, were awarded Rs 6.25 crore. KL Rahul got the Orange Cap (Most runs: 670, Avg: 55.83, SR 129.34, 58 fours, 23 sixes). Kagiso Rabada got the Purple Cap (Most wickets: 30, ER: 8.34, Avg: 18.26, SR: 13.13). 

It is worth citing, that the Mumbai Indians won the trophy in succeeding years (2019,2020) like Chennai. The young batsman Devdutt Padikkal was given the title ‘Emerging Player of the Season’.  he said, ”It’s a great achievement for me and gives me great confidence for whatever lies ahead,”. And the Rajasthan Bowler Award for the Most Valuable Player and Man of the Series went to Jofra  Archer.
