Kamal Haasan - The legendary who has much more in his path!

It was the middle of the year 1959, the making of the black and white movie was more intense when a kid who was expected to play his role in the movie couldn't show up due to the illness that had led the movie to get lapsed and his absence was told to the director at the time of his shot. When the director has shown his displeasure to the movie team in failing to give prior information, he was introduced with a five-year-old boy. Initially, the director didn't hope for an expected replacement but after five minutes, the newly inducted boy in the movie stunned the director after he acted lively to the role in one shot when most of the experienced actors would consume more takes.

The director, by feeling guilty that he hadn't believed him,  asked his name for which the five-year-old replies with the name that was commonly used in his house. The director appreciates him for his exemplary acting at his young age and in five months the Central government conferred him with a national award for his acting in the movie. The movie that was acted by the boy is 'Kalathur Kannamma' and the actor is none other than Padma Shri Kamal Haasan, who celebrates his 65 birthday today as legendary 'Ulaga Nayagan'.

Unlike many actors, he started his acting career with a national award but he didn't attain recognition as 'hero' in much easier ways. After he was into the cinema industry, there were no steps without the footprint of Kamal Haasan and he literally approached almost all the production houses to carve his acting career but rather he was left to face series of hardships and barriers that had brought more poverty and while he was starring the silver screens with the hope to get introduced, one of the reputed Tamil directors Balachander inducted him in his movie 'Arangetram' from where he successfully started his innings that have now been voicing against and whipping the political parties amidst the controversies and accusations.

During when there were speculations that what would happen next to the Tamil cinema industry after the chapter of Sivaji Ganesan, he showed the audience and raised the hope to write more chapters in the books of Tamil cinema. By admiring his acting, Sivaji Ganesan himself admitted that Kamal Haasan is the greatest actor and the superstar Rajinikanth had proclaimed that the mother of art carried Kamal Haasan in her hands while she let every one of us walking on grounds. Apart from being successful in movies, he has kickstarted his political career and his dare and audacity towards his new career had shocked five decades-old parties in the state.

While getting admired through his movies, he must ensure that he posses a strong conscience to march towards St George fort, the Chief secretariat of the state. By showing his confidence and inspiration in his political career, he undoubtedly becomes an inevitable leader in the state. Although his fans wish him to flag huge success in politics, he must understand that politics is not cinema to play and to direct drama as the wish of the political leaders rather politics is the tool to reach the people directly to bring successful change and transformation among the people and for the people.
