Keerthy Suresh is known for choosing bold and intellectual scripts, is going to make her OTT debut soon with a never-seen role. The nationally awarded actress is all set to make her debut in an upcoming OTT series called Akka, as per reports of Pinkvilla.

The series also has the prowess of actress Radhika Apte who is set to lock horns in the upcoming web series Akka, which is being produced by none other than Aditya Chopra's YRF banner. The much-awaited web series Akka is already creating a buzz among the audience, with its star-studded cast and intriguing plotline.

The series is reportedly said to be a revenge thriller with a dark twist that promises to keep the viewers on the edge of their seats.  The filming of the show began this week after a long preparation, and the team is leaving no stone unturned to ensure a top-notch debut. With the combination of a stellar cast and an intriguing plot, Akka is sure to be a treat for the audience, and fans are eagerly waiting for its release.

The two talented actresses will be playing rivals in the show, which is expected to be one of the biggest web series ever made by Yash Raj Films. Akka, which means elder sister in Tamil, is being directed by debutant  Dharmaraj Shetty. The show will explore the complex relationship between two women who are at loggerheads with each other over power, politics, and personal issues.

The show will be a period thriller, which also features some stunning visuals and costumes, as it is set in a different era. However, sources close to the project have revealed the brilliance of Keerthy Suresh and Radhika Apte in never-seen-before roles. The actress is also have multiple projects Siren with Jayam Ravi, Raghu Thatha, Revolver Rita, and she also to work in Theri HIndi remake with Varun Dhawan, produced by Atlee.
