MK Stalin and Jayalalithaa in same poster...How the ADMK leader stirred controversy?

The ADMK leader in Ulundurpet, Tamil Nadu had stirred controversy over pasting a poster appreciating DMK's MK Stalin for becoming the Chief Minister. The first-of-its-kind poster carries the pictures of Stalin and former ADMK's supremo J Jayalalithaa. The poster has also displayed the picture of Stalin's son Udhayanidhi Stalin.

According to reports, Vandipalayam Raja has been serving as the ADMK's secretary in Thirunavalur, Ulundurpet. He is also been serving as the Chief of the Union of the workers of the nutrition meals programme and Anganwadis. He is one of the notable ADMK leaders in the region.

However, as the DMK won the recently-held elections, Raja has crossed the party line and appreciated MK Stalin for becoming the Chief Minister. He pasted the poster in his area with Jayalalithaa's picture on one side and Stalin's picture on the other. Raja had written, "Thank you for the Tamil Nadu people for giving a good judgment for Amma's (Jayalalithaa) soul."

The poster reads, "Thank you to the Tamil Nadu people for electing MK Stalin as Chief Minister. I thank the people of Ulundurpet for electing (DMK) AJ Manikandan as the MLA and for stabilizing the democracy by breaking the 15-year of slaved power in Ulundurpet."

The poster also carries the pictures of ADMK Founder MGR and late DMK President Karunanidhi. The posters were erected across Ulundurpet that shocked the ADMK leaders. Raja is the latest ADMK leader to laud MK Stalin for getting elected as the Chief Minister. Earlier, former ADMK Ministers RB Udhayakumar and Rajendra Balaji had welcomed the administration and efforts taken by Stalin in containing the COVID-19 pandemic.
