Today marks a momentous occasion as Vijay, the celebrated actor, turns 49. Currently immersed in the making of Lokesh Kanagaraj's highly anticipated film, Leo. As his fans eagerly anticipate that Leo will seamlessly blend into Lokesh's cinematic universe, but looking back at Vijay's journey, it becomes evident that his films have become a reflection of the common man's existence, mirroring their experiences and giving voice to their struggles, worth to labeling as his own universe. This ability to resonate with the masses has elevated Vijay to the status of an iconic figure, is the grand secret to this success.

He's lovingly referred to as Thalapathy (Commander) by his devoted fan base. With a career spanning several decades, he has captured the hearts of millions and emerged as one of the industry's most revered and highest-paid actors. But Vijay's impact extends beyond the silver screen.

This film propelled him into the limelight, establishing him as a charismatic romantic hero. He continued to captivate the youngsters with his endearing performances of romantic entertainers in Love Today and Kadhalukku Mariyadhai both warmly received by fans and critics alike. In fact, Vijay's stellar portrayal in Kadhalukku Mariyadhai earned him the prestigious Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actor.
