One week of Jawan! Here's how much the Atlee - Shah Rukh Khan's actioner earned ...

In a jaw-dropping revelation, makers has officially announced that their latest blockbuster, "Jawan," has shattered all records by amassing within its first week of release. Directed by the renowned Atlee, who marked the Hindi debut of the inimitable, who also headlines the cast alongside an ensemble of stellar talents including Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone. 

The "Jawan" fever took the world by storm when it graced screens on September 7th, and since then, there has been no looking back for this sensational motion picture.  Red Chillies Entertainment took to X, and shared that the film Jawan has garnered a staggering Rs. 697.67 Crores within its first week of release.

From foot-tapping numbers to soul-stirring ballads, the soundtrack of "Jawan" has become an anthem for fans everywhere with Anirudh. "Jawan" tells a tale  of Azad Rathore (portrayed by SRK), a dedicated prison officer on a mission to clear his father's name, the illustrious soldier Vikram Rathore (also portrayed by SRK).

As the numbers continue to climb, "Jawan" is well on its way to becoming one of the highest-grossing films in the history of cinema. With "Jawan," Shah Rukh Khan proves yet again that he is the king of Bollywood, and Atlee cements his position as a new director par excellence in Bollywood, as he ventures again in the same Btown as a producer for his Theri remake.

The film’s cinematography is done by G. K. Vishnu and editing by Ruben. The film also features several cameo appearances by popular actors from Tamil cinema, such as Eijaz Khan, Sangay Tsheltrim and Jaffer Sadiq. The film is produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma under Red Chillies Entertainment.

The film boasts of an ensemble cast that includes Deepika Padukone as Azad’s mother Aishwarya Rathore (in a special appearance), Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Riddhi Dogra, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Girija Oak, Lehar Khan, and Aaliyah Qureishi.
