Popular Tamil actor 'Vadivel' Balaji has passed away at the age of 42!

Reputed Tamil comedian Vadivel Balaji has passed away on Thursday at the age of 42 due to the health-related illness at the government hospital in Chennai. The shocking development has left the Tamil film industry and fraternities to mourn for the sudden and untimely demise of the actor, who was one among the significant artists in Kollywood. 

Vadivel Balaji has risen to fame and gained popularity in the households through the popular television shows in Vijay television. He has earned a decent and stable audience through his acting and appearances and Balaji was fondly known and would be remembered for imitating ace comedian Vadivelu. He had successfully etched his name and contribution through his most-welcomed acting on the television which further gave him space on the big screens. 

The demised actor was better known for his comedic appearances in 'Kalakapovathu Yaaru' and 'Adhu Idhu Edhu' in Vijay TV. These shows have been on the lits of the most-watched shows in the state and his appearance had earned a fanbase which cemented him a better reception across the fraternities and audiences. 

The game show 'Adhu Idhu Edhu' was hosted by Actor Sivakarthikeyan and Vadivel Balaji had brought laughter through his acting. He is one of the notable faces in Kollywood and he had appeared in some of the Tamil movies. Finally, he had acted in 'Kolamavu Kokila' along with Nayanthara and Yogi Babu. He was actively participating in the Vijay TV shows and he also had appeared in Mr. and Mrs. Chinnathirai game show on Vijay TV.

He was suffering a cardiac arrest recently and he was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai. The comedian was paralyzed after having a heart attack and he was under treatment for 15 days. Initially, he was getting treated at the popular hospital in Chennai and he was finally taken to Rajiv Gandhi government  general hospital after not being able to manage the expenses at the private hospital. 

He was under the ventilator support. However, his health had deteriorated and he breathed his last on Thursday at the age of 42. Vadivel Balaji was born in Madurai and he made his debut in Tamil Cinema with a film titled 'En Raasavin Manasile', which was released in 1991. Vadivel Balaji was surviving with his wife, a son, and a daughter. Condolences have been pouring in for the deceased actor. He had a long time association with Vijay Tv and the channel has tweeted its condolences along with his photo and Actors Yogi Babu and Prasanna had also placed their condolences.
