Public transports have been called off in coastal town!

As the state of Tamil Nadu barely has one day left to welcome and to host Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping in its coastal town of Mamallapuaram, the state government has been gripping the security knot to erase the possibilities of security lag where Mamallapuaram has been brought under high security and surveillance by Indian and Chinese security forces.

Adding to the enhancement of the security grid, the state government had called off the public transports towards stationing in Mamallapuaram and the reports say that the authorities had issued directives to the state transportation and metropolitan transportation boards not to park the buses in the government bus depot of Mamallapuaram during the tour of the both leaders that will last for about two days.

It has been reported that the state government had installed substitute stop for the transports in Pooncheri which is in the outskirts of Mamallapuaram from where the to and fro transports of Mamallapuaram will be operated for the upcoming days of the week till Chinese leader embarks back to his country. The reports say that the metropolitan transport services from Chennai will be operated till Pooncheri while the vehicles from Puducherry won't be halted in Mamallapuaram, instead it will stop at Pooncheri.

Narendra Modi will host Xi Jinping for their second informal meeting along with the state dignitaries between October 11th and 13th, 2019 where the authorities had cited that the visiting Chinese leader will be accompanied by about the delegation of 300 people where both the leaders are expected to tour the coastal town of Mamallapuaram along with tabling the discussions of entire gamut of the bilateral relations.
