Rajinikanth's birthday: Daughter Soundarya reveals superstar's birthday cake! Pic goes viral

Superstar Rajinikanth has celebrated his 70th birthday on Saturday and while it was apparently visible how his ardent fans had celebrated his birthday, Rajinikanth's daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth had revealed how he had celebrated his birthday and her post of sharing the actor's birthday cake has been getting rampantly spread across social media. 

Rajini's birthday is always special for the fans and they would be celebrating like theirs and this year holds further significance as this is the first birthday of the actor after taking a political plunge. As the superstar is getting ready to launch the political party and to contest in the upcoming assembly polls, crores of his fans from across and beyond the borders had grandly celebrated his birthday.

While the members of his outfit Rajini Makkal Mandram cut mega cakes on celebrating the actor's special birthday, Soundarya has now revealed what was written on the actor's cake. By taking to Twitter, Rajinikanth's daughter wrote, "Happy Birthday my life...dearest appa". In her tweet, she had shared the image of the superstar cutting the birthday cake in which it was written 'Now or Never'. 

'Now or Never' has been one of the phrases that the actor used when he announced his political entry last month. As he celebrates his first birthday after taking a political plunge, that phrase was lettered as his birthday cake, which Rajinikanth cut on Saturday. By posting the picture, the actor's daughter had mentioned the hashtags #NowOrNever #ThalaivarBirthday #OneAndOnly. While the superstar cut the cake, his grandson was seen standing next to him. 

The picture has been widely shared across social media. As the actor has picked 'now', he has been actively working to unveil his political party in January 2021. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and several political leaders had wished the superstar on his birthday. In yet another massive announcement for fans, Sun Pictures, which is producing Superstar's next 'Annaatthe' had released a special video for the actor and his fans on Saturday. 

The video featured movie director Siruthai Siva and in the video, along with conveying birthday wishes to the superstar, Siva had revealed that the shooting for the movie would be resuming from December 15 and Rajinikanth will be taking part in the shoot which will be taking place in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. As Annaathe would be the last movie for Rajinikanth with the actor turning into an active politician, the fans have been eagerly waiting for the movie, which was launched last December in Chennai. 

Rajinikanth and Siva, who worked with Ajith in recent times, had come together for their first movie 'Annaatthe' and it is expected to hit the big screens by next year. Produced by Sun Pictures, Rajinikanth plays a lead role and the movie has inducted some of the reputed faces including Nayanthara, Meena, Kushboo, Prakash Raj, Sathish, Keerthy Suresh, and Soori. Bollywood actor and 'Bigil' fame Jackie Shroff will be playing antagonist against Rajinikanth. Recently, the superstar said that 40% of the shooting is remaining and asserted that he would complete the shoot soon.
