Seeman's father Senthamizhan passes away: MK Stalin and leaders pay tribute!

Naam Tamilar Katchi chief Seeman's father Senthamizhan has on Thursday passed away due to his age-related ailments in Aranaiyur, Sivaganga district. Several leaders including Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin have paid their tribute to the deceased and expressed their condolences to Seeman and his family. 

Senthamizhan had breathed his last at his residence in Aranaiyur. Seeman's Naam Tamilar Katchi had officially announced the news of the demise of Seeman's father. Taking to Twitter, the party wrote, "We are saddened to announce that party's Chief Coordinator Seeman's father Senthamizhan has passed away." The party has mentioned Aranaiyar as the place of death. 

The reports say the last rites will be performed on Thursday after Seeman reaches his residence. Ever since the news of the demise broke out, hundreds of the members of the party are expressing their condolences to Seeman and his family over the demise. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin had paid tribute to Seeman and his family members.

In his statement, MK Stalin said, "The news of the demise of Naam Tamilar Katchi's Chief Coordinator Seeman's father Senthamizhan pains me. I express my deepest condolences and solace to Seeman and his family members." It must be noted that in the recently-held Tamil Nadu assembly elections, Seeman's party has contested independently in the polls and fielded the candidates in all 234 seats. Naam Tamilar Katchi had emerged as the third biggest party in the elections after ADMK and DMK.
