Selvaraghavan starrer Bakasuran got its OTT release date! Here's when and where to watch the gripping social drama

Director Mohan G. Kshatriyan's latest crime thriller Bakasuran, featuring Selvaraghavan and Natarajan Subramaniam in the lead roles, released on 17 February 2023. The film's plot revolves around the dark and disturbing world of human trafficking, cyber bullying targeting young innocent girls. The film marked the director Selvaraghavan's main lead debut, after he played a pivotal roles in Thalapathy Vijay starrer Beast, and in Saani Kaayidham and in Naane Varuvaen.

Despite the mixed reception, "Bakasuran" has garnered attention for its gritty storyline, as the film explores the theme of human trafficking and the exploitation of young girls from rural areas. The film's director also confirmed that the story is based on true life events as he known of. Now the film's digital debut to be on March 24th 2023 on Amazon Prime Video as per reports.

The music for the film is composed by Sam C. S. The film's editing was handled by Devaraj S, and the cinematography was done by Farook J Basha. The action sequences were choreographed by Mirattal Selva, and the dance choreography was done by Johny.

Bakasuran boasts of a talented ensemble cast, including Selvaraghavan, Natarajan Subramaniam, Radha Ravi, K. Rajan, Ramachandran Durairaj, Saravana Subbiah, Cool Suresh, Gunanithi, Devadarshini, Tarakshi, P. L. Thenappan, Sasi Laya, Lavanya, Pondy Ravi, Kuty Gopi, Arunodhayan, Jayam Sk Gopi, and Mansoor Ali Khan. The film's satellite rights bagged by Kalaingar TV.

The actor director to be seen on next on Vishal's upcoming, Mark Antony, where Selva's name in the film to be Chiranjeevi.  The film directed by  Adhik Ravichandran, which is gearing up for release soon. Kannum Kannum Kollayadithal fame Ritu Varma will be playing the female lead in the film, director turned actor SJ Suryah is playing an pivotal role in the film.  The film to be a pan-Indian, releasing in five languages- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. Mark Antony also stars Telugu actor Sunil Verma and Nizhalgal Ravi in prominent roles. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music for the film.
