Senior DMK Minister is hospitalized in Chennai: Here's what happened and how he is going now!

Senior DMK leader and Tamil Nadu Minister KKSSR Ramachandran has been hospitalized in Chennai after he developed a sudden heart pain. 73-year-old Ramachandran was admitted to Apollo Hospitals in Greams Road, Chennai on Wednesday. After learning about his hospitalization, several DMK leaders and functionaries are expressing their wishes to the minister for a speedy recovery. 

Ramachandran is serving as the Tamil Nadu Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management. While it has been said that he was taken to hospital on Wednesday after suffering from heart pain, several reports claim that he was admitted for a regular health check-up and that he will be getting discharged during the evening hours of Thursday - December 1, 2022. 

The doctors have done clinical investigations on his health and he has been getting monitored by a team of medical professionals. Sources close to the development say that Ramachandran is doing fine and stable. The minister has sought an appointment from his family doctor Senguttuvan for a regular health check-up. Sources further say that as Senguttuvan was out of country, he reached out to minister after coming back to Chennai. 

People close to the minister negate the rumors that Ramachandran is in a critical state and said that such rumors were spread after he was taken to Apollo Hospitals, Greams Road, Chennai where the then Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa was admitted and she eventually died in 2016.

Her hospitalization was filled with several rumors and that such rumors are also being spread about all the high-profile cases getting admitted to the hospital. People close to Ramachandran assert that the minister is doing fine and stable and he will continue his ministerial works after getting discharged.
