Chiththa, the latest Tamil film to hit OTT platform, is a gripping and poignant story that explores the dark and disturbing reality of child abuse. According to latest reports, Chiththa will be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from November 17. It's interesting to note that this film drew inspiration from a Malayalam short film called "Based on a True Story" (2017), written, directed, and produced by Rajesh Ambattu. The short film had a similar plotline and story as this film and was released on YouTube in 2017.
