Simbu and Keerthy Suresh to pair up for KGF makers...Here are the deets about the strong buzz!

Simbu and Keerthy Suresh have reportedly been signed by Homebale Films to team up with the KGF makers. When "KGF" was released in theatres, the production company's previous endeavour, it became an overnight success. Now, Sudha Kongara, the recipient of a national award, was picked for another project. According to sources, she has already written the movie's script. 

While Simbu is touted to play the lead role, Keerthy Suresh would be the leading lady in the project. Following the success of "KGF 2," the Hombale Films team is currently cruising the success of "Kantara," which is helmed by Rishab Shetty. Simbu, who is currently working on Krishna's "Pathu Thala" with Gautham Karthik and has Corona Kumar in his kitty, is still on a peak from the victory of "Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu."

Simbu has recently sent the Kantara team a cake to wish them success. Sharing the same on Twitter, Hombale Films' creative producer Karthik Gowda thanked Simbu for his kindness. After the success of Kantara, Hombale Films is planning to produce a project starred by Simbu and helmed by Sudha Kongara. It is worth noting that Simbu and Keerthy Suresh were earmarked to work together in Venkat Prabhu's 'Maanadu' earlier. 

The pair was unable to collaborate until now due to scheduling conflicts. However, it is said that Hombale Films is bringing them together, as per the reports, which state that the duo will soon begin working on a movie by Sudha Kongara after she finishes her current schedule of the Hindi remake of her blockbuster movie "Soorarai Pottru". 

After Surarai Pottu's excellence and plaudits, it has been disclosed that director Sudha Kongara plans to work with Suriya once more on a new movie coming February. It has been reported that the announcement regarding the project with the Simbu-Keerthy Suresh starrer will be unfolded during Diwali. On the work front, Keerthy Suresh has completed her upcoming project 'Maamannan', helmed by Mari Selvaraj, in which she stars with Udhayanidhi Stalin. She also has the project 'Siren' directed by Antony Bhakyaraj and starred by Jayam Ravi.
