The state of Tamilnadu under the drones of tight security!

Ahead of the warning alert from the intelligence services, the state of Tamilnadu has been under tight security and surveillance ahead of having terror infiltration and adding to the security on road, the Indian Navy had issued alert in the coastal areas.

The state and the major cities have been under tight security watch for the second consecutive day to locate six suspected terrorists of Lashkar -e- Taiba who had meddled into the state from Sri Lanka to launch terror plot of attacking the state.

In the wake of having such threatening inputs from intelligence, the district of Coimbatore had been brought under the security grid in the airport, railway stations and public places where the city police had sieved the places with multiple check posts and had let the vehicles to and fro only after severe checks. In the view of enhancing the security grid across the state and its borders, the Indian Navy had said that the waters in the coastal areas have seen the deployment of the navy forces and coastal guards where they been monitoring the doubtful move on the shores.

A Defense spokesman had told that the Indian navy continues to maintain its high alert situation in the seas and the coastal areas. While commenting on the sudden scenes of deadlock, the city police commissioner of Coimbatore had told that the city has been put under high alert following the intelligence inputs that there were terror movements in the city.

The Director general of police in the state of Kerala, Loknath Behera had issued directions to the state police to observe tight security across the state to counter terror infiltration.

Adding to the enhancement of security grid, the districts of Vellore and Thiruvannamalai have been brought under high alert ahead to which the state and district authorities have surrounded the historical and spiritual sites in both of the districts and in various public areas to ensure that no such untoward incident will shake the districts.

The recent reports had said that the police in Kerala had arrested two women with suspicious connection with Lashkar -e- Taiba while the interrogations with other three suspects in the city of Coimbatore is underway.
