Kangana Ranaut, the queen of Bollywood, is all set to dazzle the audience with her stunning performance in Chandramukhi 2, the much-awaited sequel to the blockbuster horror comedy Chandramukhi. The makers of the film have just unveiled the first look poster of Kangana as Chandramukhi, and fans are going gaga over her breathtaking beauty and grace.

The makers of Chandramukhi 2 have now announced that the first single from the film, titled Swagathaanjali, will be released soon. Lyca Productions took to Twitter and dropped the engaging promo, writing, "Welcoming the eternal beauty with flowers  SWAGATHAANJALI to Chandramukhi  Every move, every glance that teases us with the sweetness  of her flowery melody!  The 1st single from #Chandramukhi2  releasing very soon!".

The song is composed by M. M. Keeravani, who is making his comeback to Tamil cinema after 22 years.  Chandramukhi 2 is directed by P. Vasu, who also helmed the first part starring Rajinikanth and Jyothika. The film features Raghava Lawrence as the male lead, who plays a psychiatrist who tries to solve the mystery of Chandramukhi’s multiple personality disorder. The film also stars Vadivelu, Srushti Dange, Lakshmi Menon, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Mahima Nambiar, in pivotal roles.

The first look poster of Kangana as Chandramukhi shows her in a traditional attire, adorned with flowers and jewellery. She has a captivating smile on her face, and her eyes are expressive and mysterious. Chandramukhi 2 is produced by Lyca Productions, which is known for making big-budget films with high technical standards.

The film is slated to release on September 19, 2023, coinciding with Ganesh Chaturthi. The film will clash with Mark Antony, another horror comedy starring Vishal and SJ Suryah, directed by Adhik Ravichander.
