A cheating case was filed against Saroja this September that she had cheated to the scale of Rs 76 lakh with fake job assurance.

Naidu had served as the Superintendent of Police of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC), which is Tamil Nadu's premier anti-corruption agency.

As the protests grow, the Coimbatore police have on Saturday booked a case against the school principal, Meera Jackson, under the POCSO Act in line with Mithun Chakravarthy.

The police had taken him to the government hospital in Coimbatore for the health checkup as per the protocol and he was then lodged in the sub-jail.

The meeting will be the 29th edition of the Southern Zonal Council and it will have 26 items on the table to discuss. It will be hosted by Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

On the other hand, the school principal had denied the allegations and claimed that the accused teacher Mithun Chakravarthy had resigned in September due to medical issues.

The police had filed a case under the POSCO Act against the accused teacher and retrieved the suicide note.
