The first single, titled 'Ranjithame', has a classy unveiling by the makers. Interestingly, the song was sung by actor Vijay himself.

On Thursday, the production house took to Twitter and released a new poster to make an announcement about the promo release.

The crowd of fans excitement went big and rampantly shared the new picture of Vijay on social media, in which he is seen holding his child and grinning widely. 

Thalapathy 67 is an upcoming flick that will be helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj through which he will mark his second collaboration with actor Vijay.

Vijay appeared in an incredibly cool avatar in the circulated photos, veering away from the look of his earlier, classic family-based films.

After the blockbuster 'Master' with Vijay and Lokesh, the audience is eagerly waiting for the next film of this deadly combo which is tentatively titled Thalapathy 67.

There have been several reports across the Kollywood over who joins the universe of Lokesh in his second unification with Vijay after 'Master'. 

While his musical Varisu, which is anticipated to be released by the next Pongal, will undeniably give a grand output, the date for the release of the first single has just raised expectations.

Vijay's Varisu will hit screens by Pongal 2023. Varisu is bankrolled by Dil Raju under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations and helmed by Vamshi Paidipally.
