Vijay's birthday is indeed one of the special occasions for the ardent fans of Thalapathy and they will relish and celebrate the occasion and some would turn it to be a memorable moment. As Vijay has marked his 47th birthday on Tuesday, the fans across and beyond the borders have carried out the celebrations and at the end of the day, the fan club in Puducherry has stolen the show for its fashion of celebrating Vijay's birthday. 

In a first-of-its-kind moment, the fans in Puducherry had erected Vijay's banner in the middle of the sea and they had sailed into the sea and celebrated his birthday by pouring milk on his banner. The visuals of the celebration on the blue have been going viral on social media as the incident had drawn major attention and become one of the memorable moments. 

According to reports, the on-sea celebration was arranged in Ariyankuppam by the Vijay Makkal Iyakkam in Puducherry. The celebration had held with the backing of Vijay Makkal Iyakkam's General Secretary Bussy Anand. Vasantharaja, the head of Vijay's outfit in Ariyankuppam, and the fans had erected Vijay's banner in the middle of the sea. 

After erecting the banner, the fans had poured milk on the banner to celebrate Vijay's birthday. While the fans of Puducherry had celebrated the birthday on the sea, the fans in Tamil Nadu had arranged social welfare activities and they had distributed the relief materials and provisions to the people who are suffering in the wake of the lockdown, triggered by the pandemic. 

As Vijay's birthday treat to the fans, the makers of his next movie had released the movie title and the posters. In the evening hours of Monday, the makers of Thalapathy 65 Sun Pictures had announced that Thalapathy 65 has been named 'Beast'. The production house has also released the first look poster of the movie and at around 12 am on Tuesday, Sun Pictures had released the second look poster. The posters have been rampantly getting spread on social media. 

'Beast' director Nelson Dilipkumar took to Twitter and wrote, "Happiest and beastest birthday to #Thalapathy Vijay sir. Here is a small token of love from the team #BEAST #BeastSecondLook". Bankrolled by Kalanthi Maran under the banners of Sun Pictures, Beast is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, who joins with Vijay for the first time. While Vijay plays the lead role, Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead and through Beast, Hegde is coming back to Kollywood after eight years. The music is composed by Anirudh while Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, and Aparna Das will be playing important roles. 

The first schedule of the shooting has been completed in Georgia and the shooting was then paused owing to the pandemic and lockdown. The movie team was pacing up to complete the shooting and as the movie has been officially named and the first look has been released, it has been expected that the shooting will resume with the latest relaxations from the state government. The final phase of the movie will be reaching the conclusion and the movie may hit the screens by this year-end or at the beginning of the next year.
