Ponniyin Selvan is evolving into a never-before-seen encounter in the Indian film industry, as they continuously offered daily glimmerings inside the great dynasty  land in the form of posters, promotions, lyric videos, and BTS, but this time it wasn't the Cholas we saw, but rather the enemy warriors of the greatest empire. Mani Ratnam, a legendary director, will direct Ponniyin Selvan 1, which will be released on September 30.

The voice of Ulaga Nayagan, who narrates the Pandyas backstory in the film, can be heard in the video covering Pandyas which runs for more than a minute, he says "...Aditya Karigalan defeated the Pandyas on the Sevur battlefield, beheading their king veera pandiyan. To avenge their king's death, Pandyan assassins infiltrated the Chola kingdom, vowing to destroy the Chola dynasty."

Lyca Productions shared the video by taking us to Twitter and wrote, "They are here for vengeance and blood" on Thursday, the video reveals characters of Kishore, Riyaz Khan, Vinay, Arjun Chidambaram, will be playing Ravi Dasan, Soman Sambavan, Devaralan, Varagunan respectively. Fans are cherishing the new unpredicted promo from the makers. One of the fan says, "Kishore as ravidasan is a perfect selection", and another wrote, "When you see the movie or read the book, you'll understand why these "villains" are also heroes."

Ponniyin Selvan is bankrolled by Subaskaran's Lyca Productions and Mani Ratnam's Madras Talkies. Directed by Mani Ratnam, 'Ponniyin Selvan' has been planned to be released in two parts, and the first part is gearing up to release, while the second part is expected to arrive in Summer 2023. The history of Cholas needed a whopping 500 crores budget to make it to the screens. Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Vikram Prabhu, and Prakash Raj among others are ready to grandly welcome us to the land of the Cholas in just eight days on September 30th.
