Director Lokesh Kanagaraj's exciting collaboration with South's leading stars for Thalapathy67 has already attracted a sizable fan base. And the last viral talk on social media about the buzz of another casting for Thalapathy67, is the latest development in the surprise. The official announcement has been held up until the release of Vijay's new film, "Varisu".

Already its been reported that director Gautham Menon joined the sets, and he even declared that in an recent media interaction. In the same vein, it was recently reported that director Myshkin is also going to act in the film. But the information came out that he did not act in 'Thalapathi67'. But the latest reports say that director Mishkin was on the set of the recent 'Thalapathi67' shoot. Accordingly, it is said that the scenes featuring both director Gautham Vasudev Menon and director Myshkin are being shot.

However, the official announcements for the film are expected to be made after the release of 'Varisu'. The shooting took off on the floors in January after launching pooja ceremony in December last year, where few of the crucial actors from Manobala to Mansur Ali Khan already joined the set, as per speculating reports.

Kamal Hassan, Suriya, Vijay Sethupathi may appear cameo in the Vijay starrer as the film is joining the Lokesh Cinematic Universe. The director already confirmed that Kaithi 2 will also be made, and it will also be included in his universe movies. Now the grand casting goes to the peak of anticipation, Lokesh Kanagaraj has all the eyes of fans on him and only a formal announcement from Lokesh will save the fans from confusion.

The ‘Thalapathy 67’ schedule in Jammu and Kashmir may begin in February and the team is currently shooting in a film city in Chennai. ‘Thalapathy 67,’ a Pan-Indian gangster drama, is said to star Trisha, Suriya, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, and Nivin Pauly, among others. And the film's music to be composed by Anirudh, and the script done by Lokesh Kanagaraj along with RathnaKumar of GuluGulu and Meyaadha Maan fame.
