Trending Buzz: Pradeep Ranganathan's Love Today to be remade in Hindi!

After his directorial and first acting debut Love Today, which was released in Tamil, Pradeep Ranganathan reached the heights of victory not once, but twice by the rain of praise from Telugu fans. And following his post-success, the young filmmaker to cast Thalapathy Vijay and Superstar in his forthcoming ventures as per the talks in the town.

Now that his Love Today is stepping up to reclaim the praise in Bollywood as by Hindi remake of the film and  While it was reported that Boney Kapoor has bought the remake rights of the film, there is no official word from him. The rumor mill  also adds that popular Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan to play the lead, and his father and popular director David Dhawan to direct the rom com. 

Interestingly the director already fame for remaking Tamil good hit films, and he lastly helmed Coolie No. 1 starred Varun Dhawan, which released in 2020, which itself a remake of Tamil Sinna Maapilai (1993), and his second Hindi remake of 1995 version. The Tamil version of Love Today, bankrolled  by AGS Entertainment of Kalpathi S Aghoram, where the post theatrical streaming rights were brought and released by Netflix.

Ivana who debuted in Baala's Naachiyar played the opposite to the actor, where Sathyaraj, Radhika Sarathkumar, Raveena, and Yogi Babu played the crucial supporting roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the background score and the songs from the film were impressed the fans very well. The film was released in theaters on November 4. Released by Red Giant Movies, the film made to a blockbuster club. Made on a budget of just Rs 5 crore, the film went on to collect more than Rs 90 crore at the box office.

To determine how well his daughter and her boyfriend know one another, the protagonist's father, played by Sathyaraj, forces her to exchange phones with him. Dinesh Purushothaman shot the movie and Pradeep E. Ragav edited it. This phenomenal film is an adaptation of Pradeep Ranganathan's own short film, App (a) Lock, which was released in 2014.
