Trending Buzz: Sivakarthikeyan - AR Murugadoss's SK23 to be a mega multistarrer with these prowess star icons!

Sivakarthikeyan, the rising star of Tamil cinema, is all set to join hands with the master of action thrillers, AR Murugadoss, for his upcoming film ‘SK23’. The project, which was officially announced in September, has already created a huge buzz among the fans and the media. But the film is becoming a mega multistarrer with some of the biggest names in the industry, as per the latest sources.

According to reliable sources, ‘SK23’ will feature none other than the Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and the Bollywood action hero Vidyut Jamwal in pivotal roles. Mohanlal, who was last seen in Jailer of Rajinikanth, is expected to play a mentor-like character for Sivakarthikeyan, while Vidyut Jamwal, who impressed the audience with his villainous act in ‘Thuppakki’ of AR Murugadoss, will once again lock horns with the hero in ‘SK23’.

The film, which will be produced by Lyca Productions, is said to be a high-octane action thriller with a strong social message.The film's shooting will begin once Sivakarthikeyan wraps up his work on 'SK21', directed by Rajkumar Periasamy.The rest of the cast and crew details are yet to be revealed.

‘SK23’ is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated films of 2023, as it marks the first collaboration of Sivakarthikeyan and AR Murugadoss, who are known for their mass appeal and commercial success. With the addition of Mohanlal and Vidyut Jamwal, the film has become even more exciting and promising. Fans can’t wait to see the magic unfold on the big screen.

Meanwhile, SK 21,  directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy, who co-wrote the script with Stefan Rrichter. It is a joint production of Raaj Kamal Films International and Sony Pictures Films India, with Kamal Haasan, R. Mahendran, and Vivek Krishnani as producers. The film features renowned actors Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi in lead roles and commenced its second schedule of shooting in Chennai on 21st October 2023. The music and background score composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar.
