From a intense biopic to a big scale fantasy project, Suriya's diverse filmography promises to keep his fans exciting. The new hot update from the town has that the actor and director Sudha Kongara are back together once again, after their critically acclaimed film 'Soorarai Pottru' swept multiple National Awards. This dynamic duo is all set to collaborate on another project, and this time, it's a gangster drama.

In an exciting announcement for moviebuffs, the period gangster drama with the winning team, which is sure to raise anticipation levels among fans. Adding to the excitement is the inclusion of director Nalan Kumarasamy of Soodhu Kavvum, who will be assisting with the film's screenplay, and the return of GV Prakash as the music director, as per reports. 

The project is still in its early stages, and an official announcement regarding the title, cast and crew is yet to be made. However, sources suggest that the shooting for this film will commence only after Suriya completes the shooting of his ongoing project 'Suriya 42' with Siruthai Siva, which is a periodic fantasy mega-budget action drama.

If sources are to be believed, Suriya might be working on Sudha Kongara's film and 'Vaadivaasal' with Vetrimaaran simultaneously. The latter is a film set in the backdrop of Jallikattu, a traditional sport in Tamil Nadu. The film based on the turbulent political scenario in Tamil Nadu during the 1960s and set against the backdrop of Jallikattu, a traditional sport in Tamil Nadu. The film follows the story of Picchi and Marudan, who participate in the annual bull-taming contest hoping to subdue a ferocious Kaari bull that had defeated Picchi's father.

'Vaadivaasal' will be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu under his banner V Creations, and GV Prakash Kumar will once again be composing the music. Meanwhile, Suriya also has a sequel to 'Jai Bhim' in the pipeline, directed by TJ Gnanavel. Meanwhile, the shooting Suriya42 is said to be 50% completed,and the latest rumour claims that on April 14 a massive rollout will begin for the 'Suriya 42' title teaser.
