With the trailer for her upcoming film Raangi, the south's reigning queen Trisha astounded fans by donning an action persona for the first time, which is directed by M.Saravanan fame of his breakout movie Engeyum Eppodhum. The stunning diva is currently engaged in promoting 'Raangi,' which is set for release on December 30. Trisha just hit a major milestone, 20 years in the firm, as she made her acting debut in Mounam Pesiyadhe with Suriya in 2002.

Videos of her promotional interview, in which she discusses her experience working on the film, and the persistent rumours that she will enter politics, are trending on all social media platforms. She denied any involvement in politics, saying, "I have nothing to do with politics and has zero interest in the field," and brushed off the rumours.

The star actress also requested that the media not inquire about her wedding in the coming days. After delivering a dynamite performance as Kundavai Devi in Mani Ratnam's epic historical action-adventure film, Trisha Krishnan, a leading South Indian actress, had a fantastic 2022. 

Speaking about her inclusion in Thalapathy 67, Trisha said, "We'll talk about Raangi now. We can chat about that a little here and there. Only 7 or 8 days more and we'll talk about it then. I would like to say this quite clearly - some of the things I'm not talking about now are because this isn't my place to speak. Only a director should speak then."

The premise of Raangi is said to be on a reporter who, in the course of his work, uncovers a massive conspiracy. The central question of the film is how this will change her, and how she will pursue justice. It has been reported that a significant part of the film shot in Uzbekistan.   Raja Sekar, the film's action choreographer, has created some thrilling fight scenes. The screenplay for the film was written by AR Murgadoss. Subaskaran of Lyca Productions has backed the film Raangi. C Sathya composed the score.
