Iraivan is a mystery thriller that stars the dynamic duo of Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara in the lead roles. The film is directed by I Ahmed, who has previously helmed films like Endrendrum Punnagai and Manithan. The film also marks the second collaboration of Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara after the blockbuster film Thani Oruvan in 2015.
The film will have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, who is also composing for Jayam Ravi’s other film Jana Gana Mana. Now the exciting update is that the film team to announce the release date of trailer soon. The trailer is said to be 2 minutes 33 seconds long and will give a glimpse of the intriguing plot and the stunning visuals of the film. The film has cinematography by Hari K Vedanth and editing by Manikanda Balaji.
Iraivan, the much-awaited film which will hit the theatres in four languages, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada from August 25th 2023. The film will also showcase Jayam Ravi as a cop and Nayanthara as his love interest. The film is produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jayaram G of Passion Studios.
Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara, have a busy year ahead as they have several projects lined up for release in 2023. Jayam Ravi also has Genie, JR 30, and Siren in his kitty, as he was last seen in Maniratnam's Ponniyin Selvan 2. There been reports that director Sundar C to revive the shelved project Sangamithra, while Nayanthara was last seen in Gold, has Jawan, The Test and Lady Superstar 75 in her pipeline.
