The teaser of ‘Captain Miller’ is all set to unleash the historical action adventure that takes us back to the 1930s. The film, directed by Arun Matheswaran, stars Dhanush as the brave rebel leader who defies the British Empire in India.
The film also stars Shiva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan, Priyanka Arul Mohan, and John Kokken in prominent roles. The music is composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, who has hinted at a big surprise on July 28. He took to Twitter and penned, “July 28 sambavam irukku … killer killer”.
Actor John Kokken also shared a poster of the film and wrote, “July 28th is gonna be litttttt . Goosebumps guaranteed #captainmiller. It’s gonna be crazyyyy You would have never seen anything like that before. #captainmillerupdate”.
‘Captain Miller’ is produced by Sendhil and Arjun Thyagarajan under Sathya Jyothi Films, who have reportedly invested a huge budget for the film. The film is expected to have grand visuals and stunning action sequences, as well as an engaging storyline that will showcase a different facet of Dhanush’s acting prowess.
The film has music by G. V. Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Siddhartha Nuni, and editing by Nagooran Ramachandran. Captain Miller is expected to unfold its saga in two or maybe three parts, as per earlier reports. The film was shot in various locations such as Chennai, Tirunelveli and Tenkasi. The film is scheduled to release in theatres in 2023.
