Pichaikkaran 2, starring Vijay Antony and Kavya Thapar, has a newish trailer finally. This sequel to the 2016 hit film Pichaikkaran is also directed by Sasi, but it features an entirely new plot and cast. Vijay Antony plays Vijay Gurumoorthy, the seventh-wealthiest man in India, who is falsely accused of murder by a woman named Sathya.
As Vijay tries to prove his innocence and uncover the truth behind a person Sathya. He also revealed with a twisting identity as Anti Bikili, a vigilante who fights against corruption and injustice the trailer promises a thrilling ride with twists and turns. Radha Ravi, Y G Mahendran, Mansoor Ali Khan, Hareesh Peradi, John Vijay, and Dev Gill all make significant appearances in the film. Release dates for the Tamil and Telugu versions of this Fatima Vijay Antony–produced film are set for May 19, 2023.
The film's music and editing were also done by Vijay Antony, and he also served as the film's producer. Kavya Thappar, Yogi Babu, Radha Ravi, Mansoor Ali Khan, John Vijay, and Dev Gill are among the many talented actors featured in the film.
He has also written the story and screenplay for the film, along with K Palani and Paul Antony. The film has music by Vijay Antony, cinematography by Om Narayan, editing by Vijay Antony and Dhivaker Dennis, and sound design by S Vijay Rathinam.
The film is a sequel to Pichaikkaran, which was directed by Sasi and featured Satna Titus as the female lead. The film was a huge hit at the box office and was also remade in Telugu as Bichagadu. Vijay Antony has a slew of other projects in his kitty, including Ratham, Kolaikaran, Mazhai Pidikatha Manithan, Valli Mayil. He lastly seen in Thamilarasan, which is directed by Babu Yogeswaran and co-stars Remya Nambeesan and Suresh Gopi.
