Valimai's motion poster sets a 'WOW' milestone...Relishing news for Thala fans!

As their two-year-long wait has finally come to an end, the ardent fans of Thala Ajith have been setting the Internet on the storm by celebrating the first look motion posters of Ajith's next 'Valimai'. The fans had come out of their frustrations and began relishing the posters of the actor's much-anticipated movie. It's been a two-year wait for the fans and finally, they got a chance to trend the actor on social media.

Valimai's first look posters were anticipated to get released on July 15 and in a surprise, the makers had released the posters on Sunday and ever since they got released, the posters are rampantly shared across social media. Valimai is expected to serve Ajith in a new avatar and the motion poster looks promising and would serve as a treat to the fans. The movie's oneliner 'Power is a state of mind' has been trending on social media.

In what has become a 'WOW' milestone, Valimai's motion posters had become the most liked posters on Youtube. The posters had garnered over 1 million views in less than a day and it's more than enough for the Thala fans to celebrate the actor and the posters after two years of wait. Entertainment Industry Tracker Ramesh Bala took to Twitter on Monday and wrote, "#ValimaiMotionPoster is Now The Highest Liked MP Video On YouTube in India.. #MostLikedIndianMPValimai". Valimai producer Boney Kapoor had also released the posters and wrote, "The wait is over."

He further wrote, "Overwhelmed by the response. I would like to thank the entire cast, crew n associates for their sincerity in making #Valimai special. Also a big thank you to all of you for making today #ValimaiDay. #Ajithkumar #HVinoth @SureshChandra #NiravShah @thisisysr #PowerisStateofMind." Ajith was seen fierce in the motion posters and the posters had come with a promise that Valimai will be released in 2021. It looks like there will be a direct clash between Valimai and Rajinikanth's 'Annaatthe', which will be released on this year's Diwali.

Ajith fans were desperate and frustrated over an incessant delay in releasing the motion and first look posters. They had protested against the movie team and began asking the movie update to the political leaders and sportsmen. These developments had made Ajith upset but it didn't sow any change among the fans as they kept on pulling up the people who are no way related to the movie and asked updates to them.

The first look posters were scheduled to get released on May 1st, during Ajith's 50th birthday, but the second wave of the Covid pandemic had applied brakes on the movie from progressing further. While the first look posters had created a big milestone, Valimai had created two big feats even before the release of the motion posters. Valimai's worldwide theatrical, satellite, and digital rights have been sold for around Rs 215 crore.

Significantly, the big deal is considered as one of the biggest deals accomplished by a Tamil movie even before its first look, which would give predictions over the storyline of the movie. Apart from the big business deal of Rs 215 crore, Valimai has also crossed 1 million interests on Book My Show, a leading portal to book and reserve movie tickets. These 1 million people had expressed their interest to watch Valimai and it has been reported that no other Indian film has earned the interest of this kind on Book My Show.

Produced by Boney Kapoor under the banner of Bayview Projects, Valimai is directed by H Vinoth and it has been reported that the movie is nearing completion and the first look will be released along with the details of the movie release. While Ajith plays the lead role, Huma Qureshi, Karthikeya Gummakonda, Yogi Babu, Shivaji Guruvayoor, Pavel Navageethan, and Achyuth Kumar will be playing the important roles. As the movie is expected to get released in the second half of 2021, it has now been speculated that Valimai will most likely clash with Rajini's 'Annaatthee' during this year's Diwali.
