Viral: Amitabh Bachchan’s divine avatar in Kalki 2898 AD revealed!

The Big B is back with a bang! Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary actor who has ruled Bollywood for over five decades, has surprised his fans with a stunning makeover for his upcoming movie Kalki 2898 AD. The movie, which is a futuristic science-fiction epic, features Amitabh as a mysterious and divine character from a different era. The first look of his character was unveiled today, on his 81st birthday, as a special treat for his admirers.

Amitabh is seen in a cave, wearing a robe and a crown, with a staff in his hand. His eyes are glowing with an intense expression as if he knows something others don’t. He looks like a mythical being who has transcended time and space. The home banner Vyjayanthi movies shared the picture, wrote, "It's an honor to be part of your journey and witness your greatness. Happy Birthday @SrBachchan sir  - Team #Kalki2898AD"

Kalki 2898 AD is written and directed by Nag Ashwin, who is known for his critically acclaimed biopic Mahanati. The movie stars Telugu superstar Prabhas in the lead role, who plays the titular character of Kalki, the tenth avatar of Lord Vishnu. The movie also boasts of an ensemble cast of Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone, who play pivotal roles in the story.

The movie is set in the year 2898 AD, when the world is on the verge of destruction due to a cosmic war. Kalki, who is a rebel leader, discovers that he is the chosen one who can save humanity from the evil forces. He embarks on a journey to find the secrets of his past and his destiny, along the way meeting Amitabh’s character, who guides him with his wisdom and power.

The teaser for Kalki 2898 AD was launched earlier this year at the San Diego Comic-Con festival, where it received a thunderous response from the audience. The movie is expected to release in multiple languages across the world next year.

Kalki 2898 AD is one of the most anticipated movies of 2024, as it promises to be a visual spectacle with stunning effects and action sequences. It also marks the collaboration of some of the biggest names in Indian cinema, who have come together to create a masterpiece.
