The first single from the much-awaited movie ‘Jailer’ starring Superstar Rajinikanth has been released today. The song, titled ‘Kaavaalaa’, is a peppy and catchy number that will make the groove to its beats. The song is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, who has teamed up with Rajinikanth for the third time after ‘Petta’ and ‘Darbar’. The lyrics are penned by Arunraja Kamaraj, who is known for his energetic and motivational songs.

Taking to Twitter on Thursday evening, Sun Pictures, bankrolling the flick, shared the dance number, writing, "It’s time to vibe for #Kaavaalaa . Lyric video is out now!". The song highlights the dynamic pairing of Rajinikanth and Tamannaah Bhatia, with the latter taking on the role of the female lead in the film.

With hundreds of dancers stepping along with the actress, allures the song. Together, they captivate the audience with their mesmerizing dance moves, beautifully choreographed against an elaborate set that exudes elements of tribal cultural aesthetics. The song features an irresistibly catchy beat section, enhancing the overall enjoyment and lively atmosphere of the musical piece.

The song was earlier launched with a quirky and humorous promo video, which showed Anirudh and director Nelson Dilipkumar discussing the song in Anirudh’s studio. The promo video was similar to the ones they had done for their previous movies ‘Doctor’ and ‘Beast’, which also starred Nelson as the director. The promo video received a lot of positive response from the fans, who were eagerly waiting for the song.

‘Jailer’ is an action drama, which marks the first collaboration between Rajinikanth and Nelson. The movie also stars Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Tiger Shroff, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, and Yogi Babu in important roles.
