Kangana Ranaut has wrapped her shooting for Chandramukhi 2, and the leading update has gained notoriety in the internet. Now the actress, known for her versatile acting skills, has been creating a buzz on social media with her latest picture from the sets of the movie. Chandramukhi 2 is the sequel to the 2005 hit movie Chandramukhi helmed the same director P Vasu, which featured Rajinikanth, Nayanthara and Jyotika in lead roles.
In a recent post of actor Raghava Lawrence social media handles, Kangana shared a picture with the actress simply captioned, "Chandramukhi2" only added the excitement. The picture is now being widely circulated and has garnered a lot of attention from fans and media alike. However, the photo's most talked-about is the actors in outfits, which fans get a sneak peek only added the intrigue, as many filled the comment with excitement, saying "waiting for the film", and "Expectation raised".
In the photo, Kangana Ranaut and Raghava Lawrence can be seen wearing the elaborate mythological fashion from the film. As befits a film set in a bygone era, the costumes are lavish and detailed. Kangana had earlier announced the film's completion and posted a photo of herself and Raghava on Instagram.
She wrote, "As I am about to complete my role in Chandramukhi today, I find it very difficult to say bye to many wonderful people that I met, such a lovely crew I had, I didn’t have any pictures with Raghava Lawrence sir because we are always in film costumes so this morning before shoot started I requested for one, "
"I am so inspired by sir who is popularly known as Lawrence master because he started his career as a choreographer actually as a back dancer but today he is not only a blockbuster filmmaker / superstar but also an incredibly lively, kind and wonderful human being… " she added. The actress has been taking on challenging roles in her recent films and has been praised for her performances. Her role in Chandramukhi 2 is expected to be no different, and fans are eagerly waiting to see her on the big screen once again.
In the sequel Raghava Lawrence will be playing the role of Vettaiyan, which was originally portrayed by Rajinikanth in the first movie. The sequel also boasts of an impressive star cast, including Lakshmi Menon, Mahima Nambiar, Radhika Sarathkumar, Ravi Maria, Srushti Dange, TM Karthik, and Suresh Menon.
