Director Vignesh Shivan, who is married to actress Nayanthara, shared a heartwarming post on Father’s Day with his twin sons Uyir and Ulag. The filmmaker, who became a father via surrogacy last year, expressed his gratitude for the beautiful life he has with his family.
In the photo, Vignesh is seen holding his sons high in the air, while covering his face with their hands. The room is decorated with colourful balloons and lights, creating a festive mood. Vignesh captioned the post, “Life is beautiful. Happy Father’s Day to all of us !! The most unsung yet real heroes.”
The post received a lot of love from his fans and followers, who commented with heart and fire emojis. Some also speculated that it was Nayanthara who clicked the picture, as she is known to be a doting mother to her sons.
Nayanthara and Vignesh tied the knot on June 9, 2022, after dating for several years. They welcomed their twins on October 9, 2022, and announced the news on social media with a sweet note. “All Our prayers, our ancestors’ blessings combined wit all the good manifestations made, have come 2gethr in the form Of 2 blessed babies for us Need all ur blessings… Life looks brighter & more beautiful,” Vignesh wrote.
On the work front, Vignesh is gearing up to direct his next film, which will reportedly star Nayanthara and Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead roles. Nayanthara, on the other hand, is making her Bollywood debut with Atlee’s Jawan, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Vijay Sethupathi. She will also be seen in The Test, opposite R. Madhavan for the first time.
