Trisha’s new film ‘The Road’ is a crime thriller that takes on a journey of mystery, suspense and action, as the makers of the film have released a sneak peek video that gives a glimpse of the plot and the characters.
The video shows Trisha and MS Bhaskar, keenly looking for something important in a remote location. They find hard to encounter various clues and obstacles along the way and also face a stranger who interrupts their mission. The video ends with a cliffhanger that leaves the viewers curious about what will happen next.
‘The Road’ is directed by Arun Vaseegaran, who has said that the film is inspired by true incidents that happened in and around Madurai district in Tamil Nadu. The film has a star-studded cast that includes Santhosh Prathap, Miya George, Dancing Rose Shabeer, Vivek Prasanna, Vela Ramamoorthy, Laxmi Priya, Semmalar Annam, Raatchasan Vinoth, Karupu Nambiyaar and others.
The music is composed by Sam CS, while the cinematography and editing are done by KG Venkatesh and AR Shivaraj. The film is produced by AAA Cinemaa Pvt Limited. ‘The Road’ is all set to hit the theatres on October 6th. The actress also will be seen next in Lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo which is set to release on 19th October.
