Watch: Simbu wins hearts through his impressive 'single-take' performance...Maanaadu making video is out!

The making video of Simbu's blockbuster hit movie 'Maanaadu' is released on Saturday - December 18, a week ahead of the movie's OTT release. Maanaadu hit the big screens last month and the successful gross at the box office has awarded a remarkable comeback for Simbu. The actor has been highly credited for his physical transformation and his splendid acting in the movie, which undeniably resurrected his market. The movie was released on November 25 and after three successful weeks, the making video is now been unveiled. 

The making video, which runs for over five minutes, shows Simbu's impressive performance of completing a scene in a single take. The scene is part of the climax and after his single-take performance, the video shows that the actor is getting lauded by director Venkat Prabhu and fellow crew members for his acting. The video has been going viral on social media as the ardent Simbu fans celebrate him with some social media users claiming that he is back to being a complete actor. 

Within hours of release, the video has garnered thousands of views. It was released by Suresh Kamatchi's V House Productions, which bankrolled the movie. Maanaadu was made on the budget of Rs 15 crore and the movie has grossed over a hundred crore at the box office, becoming one of the successful movies to enter the 100 crore club in 2021. As fans relish the making video of Maanaadu, they are one week ahead to have the movie on their hands. 

The movie has been slated for an OTT release and it will be released on the SonyLIV platform on December 24, nearly a month after hitting the theatres. The screenplay and the driving of the story have been praised for the movie's huge success and the blockbuster hit had also given a good opening for the artists who worked in the movie. While Simbu played the lead role, SJ Suryah, Kalyani Priyadarshan, SA Chandrasekhar, YG Mahendran, Vaagai Chandrasekhar, Premgi Amaren, Karunakaran, Manoj Bharathiraja, and Arvind Akash had played important roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music. 

With the positive opening, Simbu is currently in the outing with Gautham Vasudev Menon for the movie 'Vendhu Thanindathu Kaadu'. This movie has brought back one of the successful trios- Simbu, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and AR Rahman after five years. The movie's teaser was released last week and promised Simbu's thrilling adventure and dynamic comeback. Vendhu Thanindathu Kaadu will be produced by Ishari K Ganesh under the banner of Vels Film International. Simbu plays the lead role and Kayadu Lohar, Raadhika, Siddique, and Neeraj Madhav will play important roles.
