'We got worst personal attack': Shocking tweet from suspended TN BJP leader Gayathri Raghuram!

Suspended Tamil Nadu BJP leader Gayathri Raghuram has slammed Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai and demanded a police inquiry on the latter's leadership, which has been taking erratic turns in the wake of controversial and outrageous events.

Gayathri was serving as Tamil Nadu BJP's secretary of overseas Tamils wing and last month, she was suspended when she urged Annamalai to initiate action against another leader Suriya Siva over his conduct of abusing and threatening a woman leader.

Gayathri has been accusing Annamalai over venturing into politics of degrading the women leaders and about his political war room, which has been a hotspot of controversy as Annamalai has been accused of tasking his loyalists in the party to work for powering his leadership through the war room.

Annamalai's war room is said to be packed by BJP functionaries who are actively working to promote Annamalai and there were several allegations against Annamalai that he is investing more funds from the party to promote him and working on to sideline senior leaders. Annamalai was also under the spotlight recently over his rafale watch and through driving the party on a skewed track, he put his leadership in a litmus test after the central leadership expressed its displeasure about the way he leads the party.

In line with that, Gayathri Raghuram had thrown a bombshell on what seemed to have happening in Annamalai's war room. She was suspended from the party on November 22 for six months and after a month of suspension, Gayathri Raghuram had now turned red against Annamalai's leadership for attacking and passing slur comments on women through his war room. She went on to request the Tamil Nadu police to probe such events happening under Annamalai's direct watch.

Taking to Twitter, Gayathri Raghuram wrote, "Under Annamalai Ji's leadership we get worst and disgusting personal attack from war room. I request Tamil Nadu police to do enquiry. They are passing slur comments on women." Earlier, our sources said that the party's central leadership is angered about the state unit's performance and as senior leaders expressed displeasure against the state's leadership, it was reported that Annamalai had received a warning from Delhi at a high time when the central leaders vying to defeat the DMK in the upcoming polls.
