As the pictures of twin babies of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan have managed to land into the top trends on social media, several friends and fraternities are greeting the couple in the midst of getting into controversy after Nayanthara welcomed the babies through surrogacy. 

The latest trending is actor Karthi's special gift to the new parents as he welcomed them to parenthood. Karthi has sent the new parents a flower bouquet with a lovely note saying, "Welcome to parenthood. God bless you four. From Karthi." Vignesh Shivan had shared the gift on his Instagram story and he wrote, "Thank you so much sir :) Really sweet & thoughtful of you." 

The post has been going viral. Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara welcome their babies earlier this week. The lovely couple got married on June 9 this year in a lavish ceremony that was held in Mahabalipuram, Chennai. The Netflix documentary "Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale" was produced to document their wedding.

Announcing that they have become parents, Vignesh Shivan wrote on social media, "Nayan & Me have become Amma & Appa. We are blessed with twin baby Boys. All Our prayers, our ancestors' blessings combined with all the good manifestations made, have come together in the form of two blessed babies for us. Need all your blessings for our Uyir & Ulagam." He also shared the pictures of the newborns. 

On the work front, Nayanthara most recently appeared in the film "GodFather," which was directed by Mohan Raja and starred Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan. She is also working on the Atlee and Alphonse Puthiren-directed films "Jawan" and "Gold." In the untitled film "AK 62," Vignesh Shivan is getting ready to helm Ajith Kumar.
