'A big hug for your unconditional love': Dhanush pens an emotional letter to his fans!

A touching and emotional popped-up letter on a micro-blogging platform from the Asuran actor is all getting viral, and fans are overwhelmed with his mentioning that his fans have been his pillars for the past 20 years. Dhanush celebrated his 39th birthday on July 28 in the midst of savouring a remarkable time in his career with the release of his Hollywood movie and with the updates from big projects that are in his kitty. 

Besides being flooded up with more expectations through the updates of 'Vaathi' teaser, 'Naane Varuven' first look, 'Thiruchitrambalam' audio release, and 'Captain Miller' announcement, the actor was stormed by thousands of birthday greetings from his fans from across and beyond the borders. After receiving an overwhelming scale of wishes, Dhanush penned an emotional letter in which he said, "See you soon at the movies."  

Taking to Twitter, Dhanush on Friday- July 29 released his statement in which he wrote, "I don't know where to begin from. I want to thank all my well-wishers and friends from the film fraternity who took the time out to wish me. I also want to thank all my fans who wished me and a big hug for your unconditional love, encouragement, and support." 

"My fans have been my pillars of support for the past 20 years and I feel very overwhelmed and grateful seeing all your wishes. See you soon at the movies", he added. On Thursday, The teaser of Dhanush’s upcoming first bilingual film Vaathi ( Sir in Telugu) was released on the occasion of the actor’s 39th birthday and intrigued the fans, as Dhanush ventured into a teacher role for the first time, and narrated the importance of the education system and its corruption. 

Directed by Venky Atluri, Vaathi stars Samyuktha Menon as the female lead. The cast of the film also includes Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani, Samuthirakani, Thotapalli Madhu, Narra Srinivas, Pammi Sai, Hyper Aadhi, Shara, Aadukalam Naren, Ilavarasu, Rajendran, Hareesh Peradi, and Praveena among others. With music scored by GV Prakash Kumar, the film has cinematography by J Yuvraj and editing by Navin Nooli. Vaathi is produced by Sithara Entertainments in association with Fortune Four Cinemas.
