After much anticipation, Actor Dhanush's "Thiruchitrambalam" opened in theatres on Thursday, August 18. Early reviews of the film have begun to flood social media as fans swarm the theatres to adore their favourite actors. Dhanush and director Mithran Jawahar have collaborated fourth time after Yaaradi Nee Mohini, Kutty, and Uthamaputhiran. The film's brilliant soundtracks were composed by Aniruddh Ravichander, were hugely getting good reception in theatres.

With what each cinephile writes after absolutely loving the film, Thiruchitrambalam is receiving positive word-of-mouth from viewers. One wrote, "#Thiruchitrambalam A Close To Heart Ride By  @dhanushkraja  As Son & Grandson Family Bonding Gets More Heart Touching After Interval. Cutest Caring Childhood Friend  @MenenNithya  Fills Entire Film With Cheerful Moments💫 Life Journey Of Shobana & Thiru At Climax Gets More Lovable".

Popular film tracker and critic Ramesh Bala took us to Twitter and penned a decent review note on the family entertainer, he wrote "#Thiruchitrambalam [3.25/5] : A simple, Feel-good movie.. Romance and comedy.. @dhanushkraja 's home territory as a Middle class boy.. He has aced it @MenenNithya unusual role.. As always, great performance.. @RaashiiKhanna_ and @priya_Bshankar have done their roles well.."

Kalanithi Maran is the banker of Mithran Jawahar's "Thiruchitrambalam" under the aegis of Sun Pictures. Nithya Menen, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Raashi Khanna, Bharathiraja, and Prakash Raj also play significant roles in the movie, which also stars Dhanush in the lead role. Om Prakash handled the film's cinematography, and Prasanna GK handled the editing. The combination of Dhanush and Anirudh's affectionately popularised tag, DnA, seemed to work well, as made evident by the notoriety of previously released audiotracks. Despite a fairly pre-release response and media hype, Thiruchitrambalam managed to live up to all the hype surrounding it, especially among fans who got to see their favourite actor for the first time in a family-friendly storyline amid the action and serious masala drams.
