Dhanush, who is basking in the success of his latest Telugu debut film Vaathi, is known for his versatility and experimentation in cinema. The actor has a slew of interesting projects lined up, including Captain Miller and his directorial venture D50. Now, there is a buzz that Dhanush might team up with ARK Saravan, the director of Hiphop Tamizha Adhi’s upcoming superhero film Veeran.

Saravan discussed his upcoming projects, including a possible collaboration with Dhanush, in a recent interview conducted as part of the promotion for Veeran. He reportedly said, “I have 2-3 storylines for the next project. I have met Dhanush sir and narrated. It will be decided after Veeran release.” He also added that Dhanush liked his debut film Maragatha Nanayam very much and appreciated his writing skills.

If this collaboration materializes, it will be a treat for the fans as they both are known for their unique and innovative films. Saravan’s Veeran, which is slated to hit the screens on June 2, is a superhero film set in a remote village. The film stars Hiphop Tamizha Adhi as the titular hero who has special powers and uses them for good. The film also features Athira Raj as the female lead and Munishkanth, Kaali Venkat and Sassi Selvaraj in supporting roles.

Veeran is produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, who have also bankrolled Adhi’s previous films Sivakumarin Sabadham and Anbarivu. The music for Veeran is composed by Adhi himself, while the cinematography is handled by Deepak D Menon. The trailer of Veeran, which was released recently, has received positive response from the audience and critics alike.

Dhanush, on the other hand, is busy with Captain Miller . The film, directed by Arun Matheswaran, is a period action adventure film set in the 1930s and 1940s. Dhanush will reportedly play dual roles in the film as a father and a son. Dhanush has also announced his next project with Mari Selvaraj, the director of his critically acclaimed film Karnan.
