In Pics: Chief Minister MK Stalin's day with Isai Puyal AR Rahman in Dubai!

For Isai Puyal AR Rahman and for Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, it was an indelible memory. Thanks to Dubai for hosting and bringing together the contemporary personalities who are shining brightly in their respective areas. MK Stalin has been on the four-day Dubai tour, which has become his first overseas trip after taking the office of the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. 

MK Stalin has left Chennai for Dubai on March 24 with a well-packed agenda. On Friday - March 25, he had inaugurated the Tamil Nadu exhibition at the Dubai Expo, which will be held till March 31. Over 190 countries have been taking part in the expo and India has installed its exhibit in which Tamil Nadu was a part. The Tamil Nadu government has allotted Rs 5 crore for the exhibition and has exhibited the state's medical infrastructure, industrial parks, and agriculture. 

MK Stalin has inaugurated the Tamil Nadu exhibition on Friday and he also has held talks with the UAE government officials and several entrepreneurs during which he invited them to invest in Tamil Nadu. He had spectated Tamil Nadu's traditional cultural events and addressed the Tamil diaspora living in Dubai. In the midst of such meetings, MK Stalin has taken a break and met Isai Puyal AR Rahman at the latter's studio in  Dubai. 

AR Rahman is operating Firdaus Studio in Dubai and MK Stalin had visited the studio along with his family. Rahman had welcomed the Chief Minister and held talks with him. The pictures of their meeting have been going viral on social media. AR Rahman's day with MK Stalin has seen the latter spectating the new Tamil anthem composed by the former. 

According to reports, AR Rahman had screened the Tamil anthem 'Moopilla Thamizhe Thaaye', which he composed, to MK Stalin. During the meeting, Stalin's son Udhayanithi Stalin, daughter-in-law Kiruthika, and Rahman's son Ameen were present. Stalin took to Twitter and wrote, "My friend AR Rahman has called me to his studio and screened Moopilla Thamizhe Thaaye album. There is no border for Tamil and Music." 

AR Rahman has on Friday - March 25 unveiled his new independent single 'Moopilla ThamizheThaaye' which is catching the eyes in awe and winning hearts. The lyrics of the song is penned by renowned lyricist Thamarai while AR Rahman himself has rendered his voice for the track, which has been going viral across and beyond the borders. The song features familiar singers and artists including AR Rahman's children Khatija Rahman, AR Ameen, singers Saindhavi Prakash, Amina Rafiq, Rakshita Suresh, Gabriella Sellus, and Poovaiyar. 

The track is directed by Amith Krishnan and produced by AR Rahman under his own musical banner Maajja, which is Rahman's independent music collective initiative. It is pertinent to note that Maajja has gained prominence by launching the song 'Enjoy Enjaami' sung by Arivu and Dhee, which has gone super viral last year. Moopilla Thamizhe Thaaye runs for seven minutes and it touches upon various walks of life from Bharatanatyam to a rap fashioned music.
